Description: On Wednesday, November 8, 2018 Justin Meek was working at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, Ca as a security officer when a man walked in and starting shooting. Officer Meek, 2 other Security Officers and a Ventura County Deputy were among the 12 killed before the suspect who was a former Marine who suffered from PTSD comiting suicide.
